Great vacation
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWell, when I was reading the comments about this hotel, prior to our trip, I was not sure about having taken the right choice…….But I have to say that were very positively surprised. Right from the beginning it was a cool vacation. The welcome we received was very warm without being pestered for tips (like it is unfortunately sometimes the case in Egypt ), the room was maybe not the most modern one but very clean and functional. The staff was always helpful and we had great fun with the animals, made of towels, placed on our bed. The pool bar in the middle of the pool landscape became our favorite spot, especially for sun set. In terms of the food- the pizza was the best….but to be fair it was all quite nice and actually not at all as bad as people had written in some of the reviews. We actually enjoyed trying the different dishes and kept on sampling most of them.
The waiters were really making a lot of effort to satisfy the guest wishes, they were always smiling and attentive, although it was sometimes a little bit difficult to communicate if you do not speak Arabic.
Overall we had a great vacation, even the excursions were fantastic. Thanks to the hotel team
