Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Awent here for the second week of our honeymoon , having spent the first wonderful week cruising the nile ,...what a disapointment . hotel looks nice ,good sized bed and bedrooms ,great pool area, although sun loungers a bit ropey ,however could be noisy because of the loud music played for about 4 hours a day by the animation team. beach area which is a good walk away , although the hotel do offer a bus service ,was another disapointment..... more like a builders yard than a red sea paradise !The biggest problem the hotel has however is without a doubt the FOOD ! Bland ,unimaginative, under and poorly cooked(chicken raw in the middle )often not very warm not much fruit on offer. speciality one night was bbqd liver (oh how exotic !)of the few british guests there were some were advised by the reps not to eat in the hotel ! most guests in the hotel , and hurgharda for that matter , are russian or other easten europeans .in this hotel the english guests are offered a seperate dining room as it is like a vast canteen in the main dining area. i have been on a number of other all inclusive holidays previously and this the poorest. the hotel has the potential to be very good but falls way short of being any where near the 5 star it poports to be.
