Attractive all inclusive hotel bordering the Nile
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ALarge hotel, nice and quiet rooms (when view on Nile, otherwise noisy).
many nationalities coming and going, but .everything is well organized.
Clean, large rooms, friendly and very polite room personnel,
Personnel speaks relatively well English
Location
Distance to city easily coverd with taxi or local bus.
Shopping facilities in hotel and in the street and, of course, in the city.
Excursion possibilities are numerous and excursions are unforgettable.

I do not know about doctor (fortunately) or child care, but I'm sure that every help will be provided by reception desk if necessary.
Reception staff utmost friendly and very fluent in English
General Manager always present in various parts of the hotel, overlooking things and trying his utmost to always improve service.
Gastronomy
3 restaurants - 1 inside and 1 poolbar
Buffet very good : one can always find something nice to eat.
Drinks are OK, served with a smile.
Very good price-quality comparison, especially in all-inclusive. (Of course, Turkish hotels are better in all-inclusive, but this hotel tries its utmost best)
Sport & Entertainment
Excellent pools: sunbeds, showers, poolbar, everything OK with drinks brought to you at your sunbed.
Room
Large rooms, nice balcony, minibar, coffee machine, safe, telephone.
Although the building is not recent, serious efforts are made to keep it well furbished and renovations are constantly made (restaurant, staircases, new restaurants, etc.)
