It's worth the money
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were the 3rd time in this hotel as it deserves totally our needs which are having a working air condition, more or less clean room and bathroom, good beds, more or less clean pool and good meals and located not to far from the center and close to the river Nile. The last two years our room were in the main building we liked them more than those in the side building as their interieur is (nearly) comparable to an european business hotel.
The service was good. Anyway you have always the feeling that you should tip for every, even little service.
The Kitchen is good, we like that they offer egyptain foods they are cooked very well.
Once we were in the Chinese Restaurant, what we will do never again. There was nearly no chinese flavour and it was not tasting well.
It's directly located at the river Nile and you have a wonderful view, especially if there are no nile cruises. You can also arrange to have a boat directly from the hotel, that brings you wherever you want, eg. western side or luxor center.
It's about 20 min walk to Luxor Temple, the sidewalk is very bad and you will face thousands of drivers that insist that you take their kalesh or Taxi. Not really a fun to walk.
