Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ASpent a week in this hotel to celebrate our Diamond Wedding Anniversary,What a wonderful experience,The staff were first class,The hotel is probably the best we have stayed in,We had one or two problems with our travel "rep" but reception went out of their way to help us.Of particular mention must be the young lady (Fatma) on customer relations,when she realised we were there for a special occasion she had delivered to our room (330) a wonderful cake,Thank You Fatma Would go back again most certainly Bill & Jean (Wirral)

Gret restaurant The main one was being refurbished but the restaurant in use wonderful,Great food Waiters very polite,in all great!!!
Sport & Entertainment
Pools exeptionally clean,lots of towels and sun beds,Pool attendants lovely

We had a room with a Nile view Wonderful sunsets ,The room was quite big plenty of storage ,Clean towels every day ,beds changed regularly Cleaning staff willing to do all they can for you
