Hotel .At the receipt one is called friendly welcome and the luggage is removed and brought on the rooms. By the moon sickle building method man has of close to all rooms a beautiful view. The room elevators work well and the courses to the rooms are also sufficient lit. One can find everywhere. Condition of the Hotel General cleanliness . Ranges Family friendliness Obstruct-fairly
Situation The hotel probably is because of a road, but if one booked a room to the Nile side, one hats wonderful views on the Nile and the constantly driving past Nile cruise ships. Man sees Thebes and the whole mountain world of the Westwards in the distance also shopping malls. in environment Traffic-tie up and to go on tours. Restaurant & Bar in the proximity Other Freestyle. Distance to the beach Distance to the elevator
Service: We were always completely content with the service of the reception up to the room and also with the tours reservations. Service (e.g. friendly , helpfulness of the personnel) Authority & Foreign language-known. the personnel Check in dispatching/friendliness of the receipt
Catering trade The meal was always good. Sometimes the menu repeated itself in the next week. To it we did not disturb and. Tables were clean and cutlery lay also always cleanly ready. Particularly the offer on blow fruit is to be praised. Variety of the meals & Beverages Taste/quality of the meals & Beverages
Sport & Maintenance As something obstruction (2 artificial knees) we could make no use of the sport offer. But the pools were alwys much clean and couches and towels were at any time and fast available. free of charge. Leisure offer (e.g. sauna, tennis, animation…)
Room We had room NR 105 and our Terasse bordered directly on the Nile. That was particularly beautiful. The room was cleaned each day and the Homeboy had daily nice surprise ready, as it decorated the beds in good taste.
General impression I was in January. /Feb. 2010 for 4 weeks in the hotel. Us has all all around well pleasure. The Homeboy was particularly friendly. It had to decorate each day a new idea the made beds. The meal was good and tasty and the tables cleanly. The management had always an open ear; also for the smallest problems. We go this year again!
