Wouldn't stay anywhere else
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe have stayed at the Isis for 7 out of the 10 trips we have made to Egypt and have found this hotel to be the friendliest , the staff are fantastic and very attentive, the food is always of the highest quality and beautifully presented
The rooms are always cleaned and small touches are always the best, like animals sculpted from towels
The service is always good and staff go out of their way to make your stay really enjoyable, we have had some great conversations with many of the staff, especially Abu at the pool and Haseeb in the resteraunt
A great age range visit this hotel
Location
The hotel is located on the river Nile and is just a short carriage ride from the centre of Luxor
There is a great Souk in Luxor and loads of trips to fantastic temples and local places of interest, my favorite being the hot air balloon ride over The Valley of the Kings, FANTASTIC!!!!!!
The staff are always friendly and willing to help, and most of them have a good knowledge of English and some French
The laundry service here is wonderful and cheap
Never had much in the way of complaints, but any problems we may have had have been sorted really quickly and with a minimum of fuss
Gastronomy
There are a number of places to eat, my favorite being the Pink Panda, the Chinese resteraunt where thy do a fantastic crispy duck and all the trimmings, we always go on an All Inclusive basis, as this works really well for us
Sport & Entertainment
The pool has to be the best in Luxor, all the pool staff are fantastic
Room
The room size is more than adequate,air con is very welcome and the balcony provides fantastic views over the Nile and The Valley of the Kings
