Hotel a bit outdated *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were given two double rooms with a connecting door to the road including construction view. The rooms were immediately complained. Because the Hotel was fully booked, a room change could take place in about three days. With the help of the TUI employee it worked then strangely enough the next day. The new room installations quiet at the pool and you had sun on the balcony. The rooms were not really our taste. Klobige solid wood furniture, which has already seen its best years behind itself had, and worn carpet. The rooms are very clairaudient. The food was extremely impressive: we found the sausage for breakfast inedible. The coffee was burnt. The bacon had seen only from the pan fried and could not be eaten. Other four stars hotels we know better food. The hotel is not suitable for children. Nice children pool area. No sufficient sun protection at the pools. Maximum 1/2 hour children entertainment during the day. Ways to play were hardly present. The playground of the riu palace could thank goodness usage.
