Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis was our tenth riu hotel and clearly the worst Hotel. There are no whole riu-feeling atmosphere and the upper staff was so musty and rude, that one can hardly believe it. We are more gold card customers and have never been treated so indifferently. The restaurant is much too small and you are very close to each other with strangers at a table companions. The food was very well arranged and repeated often, and it was good. Neither the Director nor the TUI travel guide with entitled complaints you can help hope, they only delayed and idiots. Only when we complained to the TUI directly, unbearable noise on the right next to the hotel and other shortcomings, we were helped. The Rep came up with the complaints didn't want to go back and was desperately swamped. Riu-regular guests in the four-five stars in this house are not happy. We are steps than three star hotel with a pressing need for renovation and modernisation. The friendliness and credibility must still be in the upper staff. We got annoyed every day and can therefore not recommend this hotel.
