Disappointed in the riu Hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were the first time in a riu hotel and wondering what is therefore so special about a riu hotel? Food, drinks no three stars. The hotel burst from all seams, evening there's hardly any place to sit. A set of the travel service of TUI on site: we had a room in the hotel, but got on the day of arrival a apartment, after several conversations with the manager on the night we got a room downstairs, with view and noise from our terrace at the ventilation system the kitchen (noise, smell). The guide said we have to accept that, since we are supposedly last minute and discount travelel booked.
