Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe can recommend the hotel Absolutely not, since we daily stains and hair on bed sheets had allegedly fresh, cockroaches in the room and in the food (in the pastry basket), broken fixtures such as lamp, shower and bed, open sockets, cable hanging out from which (danger?!). Mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom.
On complaints from us and our guides were promises made, but nothing was done. On the first day we could change the room nor while, this was in the same condition but, even worse. From a us Karkelake was killed three days on the floor and that the alleged 'basic'.
Although we one day later than planned arrived, we had to wait for the check-in, to our room was ready.
The food was good and it was a lot, but each day the same, hardly prepared differently. It was each day for example zackenbarsch, salmon and tuna with the same side dishes.
The staff, except on the incompetent reception people, were very friendly and always had a smile for us desired.
We were very disappointed, since we us from a riu hotel a better quality had hoped for and also not very little for the holiday paid have...
