Fantastic view *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is about 8 years old, 24 floors (16 of which are equipped with guest rooms) Number of rooms: 280 both the leisure and business visitor are located in the hotel. There were many Japanese during my stay. The hotel also has some conference rooms were booked, the good. On the top floor is a bar which has the stunning views.
Location
The hotel is about 10 minutes away on foot from the old town. From the airport it was about 10 minutes with the taxi (cost about 6 Euro) tram stations are nearby, the tourist buses leave on the edge of the old town (about 5 minute walk) there is a nearby shopping; the nearest major shopping center on the harbor is after 10 - 15 -minute walk
Everything was to my satisfaction
Gastronomy
I had only booked breakfast. This was quite a variety. Cons I must for the doses pineapple and give the cruel music (jazz for breakfast). Also the live preparation of eggs and waffles was first from 07. 30 pm, not on the weekend. This is for business travelers to late. I loved that it pancakes.
Sport & Entertainment
In the Hotel description was not that the spa only business room-guests is free and all other guests 100 Krone (about 7 Euro) would have to pay for it. This was only in the info folder in the room. Although I not in a business room, I went with my room card but inside. Unfortunately were three machines were broken, but it was even the pay-TV activated. Sauna is generally free of charge.
Room
I had a room on the 19th floor with fantastic views of the old town. As the room doesn't have any windows you can open, it was zwangsbelüftet. For my taste and the air conditioning was much too loud. I was fortunate enough to the fuse box and found the thing could get away from it all. Positive was the under-floor heating in the bathroom, the only negative thing the flat bath, the barely suitable for swimming. Amenities include in-room safe, trouser press, iron and the Radisson typical electronic fridge (with far too high prices for the contents of) the beds are in the 30 degree angle placed in the room. and wireless Internet access are complimentary. The curtain is big enough to keep out the light. On TV there were it as a German programs RTL and Sat 1 , (as well as German channels). The Timbers on desk and in the bathroom MEADOWS already clear wear. Here was obviously saved in the wrong place or there is no qualified suppliers.
Tips and recommendations
There are lots of restaurants in Tallinn. It is definitely worth it, to see the old town, also kadriorg park is nice. Before the middle may but it is still very often cold. The locals as travel time recommend June to August.
