no five stars more. Cheap hotel for tourists *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel has its best years behind it. In addition to high rate of Russian guests were mostly tourists. In peak hours the staff and overburdened. Despite prohibition in the Emirate is covered only with muted consumption of alcoholic beverages-particularly with the Russian guests. In the so-called bar serves 0, thirties doses, meanwhile in the map 0,33er doses and shall be paid. Wiki Positivist throughout the hotel and the beach service is good. Check-in at arrival was chaotic.

Sehr geehrter Juergen,Ich danke Ihnen, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben um Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel zu kommentieren. Entschuldigen Sie fuer die spaete Rueckmeldung.
Es tut mir leid zu hoeren, dass nicht alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit war. Sie haben Recht, unser Hotel ist nicht mehr das neueste und es bedarf einer Erneuerung, welche auch in den naechsten Monaten durchgefuehrt wird.
Die Mehrheit unsere Gaeste kommt vorwiegend aus Russland. Aber kann man hier nicht sagen, dass Billigtouristen in unserem Hotel wohnen. Natuerlich kommen auch Touristen hierher, die einige Naechte hier verbringen und dann weiterreisen. Da unser Hotel aber immernoch an Klasse und Qualitaet verfuegt,kann es sich nicht jeder leisten seinen Urlaub hier zu verbringen.
Bezueglich des Alkohols, wird hier in unseren Bars und Restaurants weder Alkohol ausgeschenkt noch wird Alkohol in Dosen angeboten. Das kann ich Ihnen versichern. Und auch bei den russischen Gaesten wird darauf geachtet, dass kein Alkohol im Hotel verzehrt wird, da wir den Regelungen des Emirates unterliegen und striktes Alkoholverbot gilt.
Wir wissen Ihren Kommentar sehr zu schaetzen und freuen uns, dass Sie auch etwas positives entnehmen konnten, wie z.B. den Strandservice.
Zum Check-In ist zu sagen, dass es uns leid tut, wenn es etwas chaotisch war, unser Personal aber sein Bestes gibt um es so schnell und angenehm wie moeglich zu gestalten.
Nochmals moechte ich mich bedanken und hoffe Sie bald nochmals in unserem Hotel willkommen heissen zu duerfen.
