I was on a business trip two nights in Vienna and chose this hotel, as it is conveniently located on the S1 is located. The room 108 made my first night a clean and cleaned Impression (check-out after a night) Since I am the next day on the way back from Budapest was, I decided, again in this hotel to staying. (i looked, I expected the same hotel standard). This time I got room 415, already at the Entering I noticed, that it does not smell, as I expected from neat and cleaned Hotel rooms are used. Of two beds was only one moved, the sheet on the other bed did not see any longer freshly out. The floor of the bath was dirty, trash was a towel in the bathroom. Since I was tired and long trip, I withdrew on immediate complaint. In the night the very strong smell caused me in this room is a big headache, ( odor like cigarette smoke, although'nonsmoker Guest Room '). The next morning the receptionist told the reasons for the complaints, I got more or less skilled auswändig Entschuldigungsfloskel to hear, the apology seemed so fake, that I did not really the feeling serious taken to be. The icing on the 'I' was on this day, that the only elevator it was out of order (in a new ones Hotel) and I had the pleasure, my luggage on the stairs walking distance to the carrying.
