We only left the property used it to sleep and little seen. It is not particularly good nor especially misbehaving.
Location
Of course the location is ideal in This respect, as it is only a few kilometers from the Grand Canyon, which you for example. Not so badly early to the sunrise from the springs. There are a couple in Tusayan local, IMAX cinema (with Grand Canyon-film) and a large store.
The staff was not rude, but somehow it was all a bit more complicated and much harder than in other hotels (both check-in and check-out).

The room was fine. A coffee maker was in the bathroom, wireless was free.
