Not a trace of service and overpriced *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe staff was absolutely indifferent and rude. Already at the check-in no smile or otherwise any sign of interest for those guests. The room was dark (Windows inside of a hallway) smelled of urine and penetrating. After complaining at the front desk we were told by the same enthusiasm as at the check-in, that someone from the housekeeping would, in order to check that. The young man, then came, has a stuff in the room, the stench should the cracks. In any case, he was really fast. They offered us a different room or a price reduction, etc., not on request! At the check-out was then charged a higher price than in the reservation. For reference only the eyes twisted and the whole reluctantly corrected. $120 plus tax for us there was no fridge or hair dryer in the room. Stay away from this shed. Rather still a few extra $and much better quality in one of the lodges at the park again!
