Red feather lodge, an unknown friendliness *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ARed feather lodge is the relatively large hotel complex for the overslept place in which she finds herself. Except for Mc Donalds, Pizza hut and a priced pizza shop up the road is not busy. We arrived at the lodge and wanted to check in. The three girls at the front desk were very stressed to us, although we have no special requests or problems. We just wanted to check in. It was also no propose or similar. We felt from the first moment on unwillkommen. After we checked in they saw, that the receptionist at the eyes turn around twists. I thought that was really rude. Our first room was supposed to be a non-smoking room then, but it smelled of stale smoke, that my friend (asthmatic) bad air. In the second room, the tv buzzed extremely noisy, very noisy aircond that it had to understand anything. Worse, however, was, in our room the central air conditioning of the house was, all five minutes with a loud roar, rattle started and then insidiously hummed the whole time. Our friends in another room (also moved again because of the alleged non-smoking rooms) had, this has been confirmed. We are not sensitive, but could you can't sleep. We then consider trusted us after a long time at the front desk to ask for another room, of course there were the now all of us annoyed and pitted. The manager was the only the customer service was okay. The other ladies were already on arrival 'extremely friendly'. But even the manager was then after the second move above average. We got the king suite, even though we had only booked a double room. We found the desired peace. All in all, the service was bad. The cleanliness of the hotel was OK the pool was very small and was always in the shade. Also, there were no beach chairs, but only a few old plastic chairs. I would not recommend this hotel.
