Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is very centrally located in the vicinity of the European parliament. On foot it took you about 25 minutes to the old town, about 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Two ' s corner are some small restaurants and a very recommendable sports bar.
The staff is very friendly, French or English help you but more than German.
The Spa and pool area is located on the first basement and not very inviting.
The breakfast (on the weekend) is a disaster. The hotel is good and all the places in the restaurant (not just at peak times) did not take the masses. A very friendly gentleman is busy, squares blank absorb, but it could still be long queues and waiting time (25 minutes). The breakfast was very rich, but the warm dishes were (scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage) all on all days cold (not lukewarm).
On the second day functioned for some inexplicable reason the maps to our two rooms not more, at the front desk for a new presentation of the identity card was solved.
The room was on the second day (until 4:00 P. M.) not made yet. The room service called for at 5:00 P. M., whether he could come.
On departure, the hotel is not on the reservation used credit figures, which several wrong questions of the hotel was okay, the induced after my stay a lock the map and some trouble with the credit card companies that.
Under a good hotel-but not outstanding. Probably we were a bit unlucky. The prices of tenders at the weekend to send out the wrong choice.
