More than disappointing
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe rooms were so small that we couldn´t even put our luggage on the bottom (and we had to since there were no closets!). The included bathroom was also so small that the whole room was wet after having a shower - you had the possibility to remove the water with a brush. The rooms do not have windows to open - no possiblity to get fresh air - this was our most horrible experience in a hotel. Not even a aircon. After asking several times at the reception we got a mobile air con. Furthermore, our room was directly next to the reception and the door that you could hear everybody who was leaving, entering, talking..
The breakfast was -ok- but many things were already empty or needed to be prepared by ourselves (even nobody told us before).
Location
The hotel is located quite well; close to the old town - you can reach the most interesting things easily.
Sometimes we did not get helpful answers for several questions: sightseeing, restaurants,..

We have never seen such a small hotel room. No closet available, no space for luggage (we always had to "climb" over it), the included bathroom was so small that you could have used the toilet and shower at the same time...
No room service - crums were lying on the table since we entered till we left.
No window to open!!
Directly next to the reception and entry - there was always noises
Tips and recommendations
We would recommend to look for another hotel if you want to have a nice stay in the wonderful city Stockholm! We had the luck that the hotel was overbooked after the second night so we had a reservation for another hotel which was compared to this a luxury hotel...
