Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHuge resort with 4 floors. We had booked all-inclusive, but were not made familiar with the circumstances in the hotel, but instead just handed an info sheet, that was identical to the description in the catalogue.
Location
Transfer from the hotel to the airport took about 1.5 hours. The beach is situated across a three-lane road. Very many shops, bars, clubs and leisure facilities in the immediate vicinity. Especially at night it was very loud (apartment facing the road) due to some car racings.
The guests were badly served. Glasses only available in the main restaurant, in the bars these were saved for non-all-inclusive guests. All-inclusive guests got plastic cups instead.
The rooms were poorly cleaned. The bathroom had mould stains and dirt from previous guests. After the 3rd complaint our room got reasonably cleaned.

There was 1 main restaurant as well as 3 dining options by the two pools and by the beach, where you occasionally didn't get served. The food was the same every 3 days without any improvement in taste.
To get a more or less decent service we had to tip the waiters every day.
Sport & Entertainment
Pool areas were not cleaned even once during our stay. The water got murkier and turned green and finally settled on the side of the pool.
The beach chairs and cushions were in a shabby condition. If you wanted a beach towel you had to be lucky, because there were clearly too few for so many guests.
The toilets and showers by the pools and on the beach were in a horrifically unhygienic and in partly non-usable condition.
Room
The apartments were large, with 2 balconies, two bathrooms and two separate toilets, 2 separate bedrooms, a living room and a small kitchen.
The apartment had an air conditioner (even though it did not always work), and a mini bar (which was completely dirty), 2 separate TV's, a safe and two phones.
Both balconies weren't cleaned, the bathrooms were in an unhygienic condition with mould. The couch in the living room (which could also be used as a bed) was worn.
Tips and recommendations
It is a miracle to us how this hotel could end up in the catalogue with such a high customer satisfaction. The travel agency that took care of us on site had many complaints from angry travellers. This hotel is out of the question for us!
