Recommendable when no bustle wanted *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was in a good condition for Venice, although the cleanliness was not so accurate. The courtyard was beautiful, where the foilage created a pleasant micro climate.
Location
Somewhat remote but close to a water bus stop, ideal for those who do not want to live in the midst of bustle. Nearby were some recommended restaurants(as Antika Mola), where it was relatively cheap to dine.
Check in was very friendly and courteous, very helpful.

Breakfast ok for Italian standards
Sport & Entertainment
The hotel offered a free excursion to Murano - but only with sufficient participation; we had the impression that indeed this excursion was often taken!
Room
Our room was small but adequate for a city trip. Very good mattresses!
Tips and recommendations
The costs for minibar and internet use were very high, nearby drinks could be bought much cheaper.
