Perfection in every detail and so relaxed! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Ritzenhof seems to be perfect in every detail. That alone is not unusual, however, in no other hotel you will find such a pleasant, warm and relaxing atmosphere as in the Ritzenhof. The staff are friendly and accommodating, at the front desk as well as in the restaurant. The whole hotel was clean and warm, equipped with cozy colors. The spa area is wonderful, the various saunas are great the shuttle to the ski lifts is always on time and efficient, the cake buffet sweetens the afternoon. All in all a great hotel with one drawback: in the family room, which was very large, you can hardly find any crochet. In addition to the three other crochets for coats it would be convenient to have more, in order to hang clothes, bathing clothes or skiing pants. Otherwise absolutely recommendable.
