Good view, but forever traffic on the driveway *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel as such was very good, the food was good, the rooms were large enough, and clean, newly renovated, the view from the terrace over the Gulf of Naples was fantastic. However, our room was at the back with a view of a wall (ivy). I believed I recall, when Thomas cook 'with a partial view of the sea' booked. But since it was October and that we were out all day and evening could sit outside bad, I complained not. The place is very pretty and has Sorrento good shopping possibilities. For our purpose, excursions in the vicinity of the Gulf of Naples, with the rental car, Sorrento was not good, as the journey only to the foot of the peninsula at least 50 minutes, usually more and thus had to be tight for two hours in the calculations, so that three-five hours driving time one day were normal.
