Hotel with ups and downs *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA miserable front desk service. Individuals will be accommodated in rooms with more closet space, couples with less of closet space. Change after repeated request and only half booked hotel. When a small fire in the dining room is a bad crisis management. Staff should learn how to deal with fire.
