Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ACompared to previously booked 4 star Majorca hotels not more than 2 *! Cockroaches are very seldom in this comfortable " normal " ; in other hotels knew that unlike the " " oberoy to defend. After 30 years in this hotel vacation experience my very first encounter with these creepy crawlies...
Rooms: very small, but clean and the mattresses were good. Slept very well! Which bothered us, was the smell in the house: a mix between sewer/drain, chlorine and steam. From the balcony of the pool. Pump was very loud. Otherwise very gloomy view: in this street of the suction " bulevar " Müllkontainer, Getränkelager of restaurants, roofs of Häußercontainern (here in the container mainly shops building, the so-called " bulevar " the flair of a border crossing to Poland or the Czech Republic with its Vietnam en markets).
Bathroom: very nice; however, is located in the windowless room without ventilation also the toilet and the sliding door did not close from...
Staff: friendly and accommodating, both at the reception, as well as in the restaurant. However, what I didn't like, was the response to my request, that cockroaches in the rooms are: the lady twisted only the eyes and the room number to call.
Housekeeping: trash emptying, if necessary, change of towels. The beds weren't made.
Food: until the last evening (since there were a number of full plates and left a lot to be desired at the buffet) was good. However, many repetitions and much leftovers. Desired gebliebenes meat and side dishes were the next day in salads. Rather limited choice in the evening buffet. Desserts were always top!
Breakfast: very delicious rolls, otherwise always the same: cold cuts, cheese, jam, honey, eggs in different variations... machine-coffee surprisingly good, machine-juices at Tritop-quality.
Conclusion: vacation was a gift for my mother, the happy and content-because it was the first hotel. Furthermore, voted in favour of the mother and daughter holiday in October the age of the guests: many retirees, some 40 + couples. Except for a group (apparantly a skittle Club?), the only two days had booked, there were no loud party holiday-makers.
I was disappointed, because I know, as 4 * and I could my mother ordered the would have liked, for what I have paid... it, the holiday for me was very nice, was not at the hotel.
