Great hotel, but *

The price/performance ratio has voted on the rossalm always. For 2011 the prices almost doubled, however. After several stays at the rossalm now we will not go there anymore (because you don't want to 'old' response to the guests.

Vielen Dank für die Beurteilung aus Deiner Sicht, ich möchte nur kurz Stellung nehmen.
Erstens möchte ich mich entschuldigen wenn auf Deine Anfrage nicht geantwortet wurde, das hat sicher nichts mit den "alten" Gästen zu tun, da wir mittlerweile zu 95% Stammgäste bei uns begrüßen dürfen. Die Preisgestaltung errechnet sich aus dem Angebot das wir bieten, wo wir sicher in der gehobenen Kategorie mithalten können.
Wir bieten unseren Gästen ein neues Haus, das mit viel Aufwand und Liebe zum Deteil eingerichtet wurde, das jedes Jahr eine Neuheit zu bieten hat, das sich Gastronomisch immer auf die Gäste und deren Bedürfnisse und Wünsche anpasst und das sich mit einer kleinen Bettenanzahl zu einem exlusiven Ferienhaus entwickelt hat. Deshalb mussten wir Preislich anziehen um auch in Zukunft diesen Service und die Qualität unseren Gästen bieten zu können.
Wir von der Rossalm hoffen dich doch nocheimal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
