Good hotel, but by far not four stars! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ABeautiful new spa in the hotel, in keeping with a four star hotel, but the rest not! Had a single room which was very small (12m ²), bathroom inadequate in terms of size. You could barely turn around in it, if you are strong built is, would not have been possible. For a four stars hotel unacceptable! What cocktails are, you know in this house did not, you could only offer me a juice, that too must not happen in a four stars hotel. Otherwise, the place nothing, if you are younger, you should avoid this place, there is nothing!
You have to say, however, that the owners were very friendly, but not alone would justify the four stars rating. It is beyond me how this house has come to the four stars. I travel much in Germany and have had far better three star hotels seen, especially the rooms.

Sehr geehrter Herr Florian, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich Zeit für die Beurteilung genommen haben. Die alte Diskussion....4 Sterne,, woher ist einfach zu beantworten:Diese muss man beantragen und dann wird das ganze Hotel von Keller bis zum Dach angesehen, es sind rund 150 Kritierien zu erfüllen. Vielleicht stillt das Ihren Infobedarf: www.hotelsterne.de. Die Prüfung dauert einen halben Tag vor Ort und wird von unabhängigen Instituten -Name kann ich Ihnen tel. gern nennen durchgeführt.
Die bei 4 Sternen vorgegebene Zimmergrösse ist 14 qm. Nur das dazu.
Nach unserem Eindruck war der "ruhige" Ort Bad Wildbad Ihr Hauptkritikpunkt und dass mit dem Cocktail tut uns sehr leid, dass diese ironische Bemerkung so falsch rübergekommen ist. Der Ort wirbt geradezu mit Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung. Selbstverständlich gibt es mehrere Bistros und Lokalitäten wo man am Abend auch hingehen kann. Was sich im Hotel abspielt, das ist wiederum ausserhalb unserer Möglichkeiten, die meisten Gäste möchten einfach relaxen und sind deshalb abends eher früher im Zimmer.
