Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Uferstraße. Der Geräuschpegel im Zimmer hält sich bei geschlossenen Fenstern in Grenzen, ansonsten sehr hellhörig wie in Südeuropa üblich. Zimmer lässt sich gut verdunkeln, die Matrazen sind ok.
Das Hotel besteht aus zwei aneinandergrenzenden Gebäuden. Viele Tagungsgäste, viel Betrieb.
Das Hotel selbst in in einem guten Zustand, die Umgebung sehr dreckig und verkommen. Es gibt kaum schöne Ecken in Neapel! Für Ausflüge in die nährere Umgebung ist das Hotel jedoch ideal. Gute Restaurants findet man in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Es gibt nur kleinere Geschäfte in der Nähe.
