We booked this hotel due to its high recommendation rate from holiday check-booked, because of all the hotels we had we chose, this hotel was with the highest weiterempfehlungsquote.

To be honest I don't know where to start, as there is so much bad to say. In fact, we travel four or five times a year and have stayed in a lot experience what hard on the line. But such a dump like this hotel, we have never experienced.

Let's start with the first day. Check-in: very friendly was the staff at the reception and even though we speak fluent French. First of all, we were sometimes pulled over the table. We rented a safe, the 14, -EURO per week. As we-thank God-only five days stay had, we would have the logic after only 10, -EURO to pay for the safe, we were but 14, -Euro-without further explanation on how, for example, the rental is seven days or so, calculated. Tired of travel and to be honest, no interest in discussions because returnable 4, -EURO we didn't asked and paid for.

Was it in the room. At first glance looked OK, nice, spacious and has tried to make a modern rooms. But on closer inspection and touch, fell one to, the first light more than happy. The furniture could only worn, and the bathroom or the wet room was filled with mold. disgusting. Here, it should be mentioned, that in a hotel of this class a make-up/towels, slippers, body lotion... To be made available, but not here.

So we sat there and thought rum, which one could do. The hotel change, but in which? All of the others were bad assessed as this one. With our local guide talk? Well it was a local and once you have seen the conditions under which the people there live below or survival, we were sure, that we would not understand. So we decided to bite the bullet and the hotel was to be given a chance...

Was there with dinner: dirty tablecloth, dirty cutlery, dirty glasses... I would say simply, my used crockery and cutlery which I did not do in my dishwasher is clean, to the detriment of the freshly washed dishes and cutlery of this hotel. The dinner is, however, that the light was a bit subdued and there was dirt therefore not so good looks. The buffet was very modest (in the morning and in the evening).

Then we were still at the pool bar to drink until we returned to our room, since I am not particularly good felt. And it was what happened had I spent the night in the loo-partly above bent part sitting-and I have never happened to me, and as I said I have stayed at many strange places on this planet.

After we had followed through the night (after the shower in the bathroom after which you felt dirtier than before) the hallway to the buffet. There was morning and bright and no longer the possibility with dim light a little to conceal we saw at breakfast the ungeschonte truth. Also in the restaurant at the hotel was not convincing it comes alive in the walls. The table cloths were not changed from the previous course and looked accordingly (rotweinflecken, leftovers...). Fran IgE cloth napkins, silverware, plates, glasses and cups were still not clean... The selection was very poor: I am used to, that you are in a 4 star hotel-two kinds of water to choose from and several kinds of juice and tea. None here there was only one sort of tea and orange juice. At least there was coffee in different variations. But also here again passed for everything. The containers in which the orange juice was was probably never cleaned, the same applies to the reservoir for the tea. The glasses were stored in a refrigerator, whose grid shelves of white renewed in rust. Good appetite.

But the best is yet to come: one morning a nice employee me two glasses. When I asked this of course he inspected whether something is in order. I showed him, that these were dirty glasses, whereupon he said the were good and clean although I had shown him the glasses. He offered me then, finally, that I could have two glasses and wanted a two piece of rich when I replied, that I had my glasses would like to choose. But the best is, instead of the dirty glasses in the kitchen were just given back into the fridge (sorry but there remains a just appetite). I think, now should be clear to everyone, why we have not contacted local.

Well we found ourselves from, finally, that this restaurant clean and made every morning and every evening the cleanest plates, the cleanest glass... That doesn't mean, that these were clean. Our food and Getränkeaufnahme reduced to the minimum necessary. The lunch buffet was as we can't say, since we have avoided this.

At the beach there was a snack bar. The advantage here was, that the food on the plates and cups or in the drinks in the cup and one has seen less dirt. Sounds bad but following this motto the five days we have lived there. We found ourselves in the situation, since we had no choice.

The best are the toilets in the snack bar. If you enter a first object the wet floor in your eyes and no, it was not from the cleaning wet... Something like that can happen, but there was a steady state. Either had the cleaning lady already surrendered and was simply not clean or it was simply not cleaned often enough.

The most comfortable we felt at the beach, far away from the hotel. The daily corridor for breakfast and for dinner was the pure agony. If I compare it with clean. You know, that one must make, has null Bock and afterwards is however easier if you finally made it and behind it. That is exactly what we felt when it comes to issue food was OK. We could have stayed in one of the restaurants in the neighborhood but it seemed also not much better.

At check-out (finally) we were asked how we liked our stay. In our well was one does not even a and was in the area. Either didn't care the staff does not know what the guests had to complain about or does not dare to ask, as you already knew what would come and wanted to avoid this discussion.

This was the first holiday in my life in which I have taken. And I could only recommend dedicated employees, a minimum of hygiene and good meal and know which for a four star hotel belongs, that he avoid this hotel. As a further recommendation rate of 81% comes from is a mystery to me personally. But it's nice for those liked this hotel.

Finally, I must say, however, that our maid service was very hard and has given her best to clean our room. But from a dump you can just 15 minutes within a habitable room. The staff in the restaurant was very nice, but the comforts you don't look over the dirt or the small choice of dishes away.
