Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOn a trip to various towns in Italy my boyfriend and I were at July this year for three nights at the Hotel Royal, and it was by far the worst hotel experience, we had the experience. The hotel itself is not the problem, although there were more appearance than based on (for example: the building itself was nice, but with pseudo-old 'art' and furniture defaced; or: there is a swimming pool, but only for a small extra charge and is already in the early evening closes-for city tourists not). The location of the hotel is good, and the buffet breakfast was okay. But it was simply impossible, is, what a room was available and we have been treated as head of the employees at the front desk: first, we were put in a room, in which a skunk stench a la sewage from the air turbine; so when we asked for another room, we were told, that would be the only for extra charge possible-the extra charge amounted to three times as much as the price of our room! Because we refused, such an extra charge to pay, we were in the smallest room in the house after all, with an identical bathroom, the actually not allowed to be rented (it was 'privato ' at the door-a Dienstzimmer so!). And we were told-and after some ask directly: we were treated like second class guests, because we have a hotel booking site a price of the offer had paid for the room! The staff at the front desk gave us the blame for those 'a lot at a reasonable price', which we have paid, and treated us during our entire stay down from above, without a smile-that was not a pleasant stay. I believe: if the hotel Anders is not possible, their poor quality rooms for rent, they should not complain about it and ignore it out on the guests. Therefore: this hotel only book for those full price, or a better-otherwise it's just a bad mood of the hotel.
