Hotel Royal Sonesta

The hotel is located right on the Charles River where you walk along beautiful and admire the Boston skyline. In 10 minutes you are at the next T stop, from which you in about 5 minutes. access to the center of Boston. What we also very convenient, was that we shopping center (Cambridge Galleria), which is located right across the street. You can buy everything, what the heart desires and have breakfast is possible as the breakfast in the hotel was very good, but also is quite expensive.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help in any way. The rooms were cleaned very well.

There is a bar and a restaurant at the Royal Sonesta. We only ate there once. The food was great and the buffet was very rich, but as mentioned, was the whole thing wasn't very cheap.

The hotel has a huge pool, in which we could well acquainted lengths, then unwind in the jacuzzi. There is also a sauna and a gym which we didn't use it.

We, for any noise from renovations, an upgrade. From the noise, but we didn't hear a upgrade you always: ). Our room was very large (2 king-size beds) equipped with flat screen, a safe and a large desk. The rooms were in a very good condition and are tastefully decorated. The view from our room was breathtaking: directly behind the zugefrohrenen Charles River and Boston city skyline. Very positive we also found the free internet use.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. However, if you're traveling in February, like us, should be very warm winter clothing, pack. It can be in Boston really, really cold, but with the right clothing is also a walk on the Charles River this weather or a stroll through town are possible. It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful city and we will come back again: )!
