I visited the hotel Sacher with my friend in January. Fortunately, I had booked very early, so that we a room directly with view on the Salzach river and the old town have gotten Salzburg. The view was simply fantastic. The hotel itself has its five stars absolutely deserved, although our reservation was lost down for the dinner. If you visit Salzburg, the hotel is still before the nearby Bristol in my opinion, the first choice-except during the festival, while the prices also in the golden deer once again strongly.
