Das Hotel ist, wie alle in Syrien, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat nach Syrischem Standard 5 Sterne. Man sieht allerdings überall, dass schon ein paar "Macken" vorhanden sind. Nichtsdesdotrotz, ist das Hotel sauber, das Personal freundlich und die Lage ruhig. Die Zimmer haben Klimaanlage, Fernseher (auch ZDF), Bad, sind nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Im garten gibt es auch einen Pool.
