Hotel Sahara *

Location
The hotel was located on the absolute outskirts of Side, everything was at least twice as far away as in the description. The path leading to the beach was either by a smelly dump or at the 2 lane road without sidewalk. To ancient Side it was a 30 minute walk.
Staff friendly, more persuasive, trying constantly to make jokes.
Could speak some English, director spoke German well.
Gastronomy
It was nicely clean. Food was not chilled and flys were on it. Breakfast was the same every day. Only one type of cold meat and cheese, otherwise only cucumbers and tomatoes, alternately scrambled and boiled eggs, one sort of white bread. Dinner only one warm course, hardly (not at all) seasoned, every day the same salads, there was no dressing only very much parsley. At least after a week it was hard to eat it anymore.
Sport & Entertainment
The beach was very good, the pool was very small.
Room
Do not book a budget room! It was rather in the basement with a view of a wall and the next hotel. The rooms were cleaned every second day.
