Who would not spend the winter months *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis was a dream vacation. We had thought, it would be that difficult, our stay in the Dominican Republic to leapfrog but Vietnam conquered clearly our hearts, and the people who live there to have played their part. The state-run hotel in side kumkoey/side Kumköy was the first choice, as the beach section this is particularly outstanding. The American breakfast we were nicely surprised. Varied selection with fresh fruit and a better view. the rooms (beach front villa) in the mornings to the fullest satisfaction cleaned were. Furthermore, in the early evening staff has seen over and asked, if everything was in order. It was a small comfort in terms of chocolate left (on a voluntary basis and not on the basis of tips). The pool is okay, but everywhere so as it was, the beach chairs were already partially by early risers reserved with towels. Since we were anyway on the beach and there were beach chairs and umbrellas available, this was quite the same. Leisure facilities in the hotel does not exist much to say, as we almost nothing used have. Sauna, floodlit tennis court, fitness room (not very much selection of devices) Bocce and billiards but never have we seen used. The hotel also offers a wide variety of rare massages, which even here in the area nor cheap (60 minutes massage cost under ten €). The whole is of course also cheaper, if you moved outside the hotel area. The restaurant choice of local to international locally very varied and also very different from the price. In general you with ~ ten €for a dinner for two with drinks and appetizers expected. Lunch you could then put together discontinue. Highly recommended is the restaurant mango which in Mui ne on the right hand side and where you can watch the preparation of the food. The staff speaks English very well and the selection of fresh food is great. Excursions and activities in the leisure and enjoyment, there is not very much, but you can do are the highly recommendable. We stayed at the red and white sand dunes and the rest of the time we have dedicated ourselves, the Kite surfing. I would cite the kite school (Windchimes kite and surf center), which to me the first impressions and knowledge in their instructors varied Languages (German) gives. In addition in the surrounding area can visit the largest Reclining Buddha in Vietnam, dragon fruit orchards evaluate and various other things, which are mentioned in all good Resieführer. Phan Thiet is about 30 minutes away, has about Saigon and the Mekong delta four hours about eight hours. Mind you simple route. Phan Thiet takes you either by 30 cents (local bus) or ticket with the taxi with meter equipped are (about seven €simple distance). As travel time is middle November from our point of view from recommended, since there are still as low season. We had no rain, the Chinese sea was warm and the temperatures in ~,30 degrees and felt 35, when there is no wind was. Travel agency was meiers wR.
