Perfect relaxation *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ATruly perfect hotel with great service. We have from beginning to end really felt very comfortable. Wonderful decor of rooms and very well-kept area. Very attentive staff and great service. The only drawback: our room of the category 'Sapa' had a top to the bedroom opened bathroom/toilet, which we personally didn't like.
