Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Asouth of France standards for a manicured property with individually styled in the middle of downtown. Central it is almost impossible to top this, but despite the street sweeping clearly audible double-glazed windows in the morning. Room service is also a little lax. For a city hotel with 1-3 nights due to very good value both tolerable. The friendliness of the front desk was exemplary. One of the few city hotels with 3 stars, many of the right on the harbor-side gröreren and older hotels can have a two star so should probably a worse quality at a higher price. The "Old Port", with its many restaurants and bars is just five minutes walk away. The price for a double or single is just under 100 Euros/night, breakfast - €10.50 . Without can be problems on the hotel breakfast may be excluded in the immediate vicinity there is sufficient brasseries, where a cup of coffee and 1 croissant for under 3, -euros. All restaurants offer for lunch as well as daily specials budget "plat du jour". I would highly recommend a small restaurant in the middle of the "Quai du port" ( name I can't remember) right in front of the hotel Bellevue ( only outdoor) where every day for lunch and dinner menu for 12 , -euros offered with a choice of 5 starters ( fish soup, includes Dungeness crab cake, Friteierte Meeresfrüchtesalat fish ... ) and five main courses ( thedelights, fish, Beef entrecote ... ) Then dessert. Quality of the food excellent, better than to more than double price in other restaurants. Bottle of wine €10.50 . Check in with low cost airlines: arriving in terminal 2 . Exit the shuttle buses Terminal 1 (400 meters walk). Please note: The buses to the main train station (="Gare St. Charles") depart from the Bushalteplatz number 3! Just outside is a Verkaufspavillon for the bus tickets to 8.50 € per person/way. Tip: cards for the return trip ( same price), just mitkaufen, as they cannot be solved on the bus to the main train station and the Verkaufsschalter often with lines are annotated, what to don't miss the intended bus ( every 20 minutes) may result. Approximate driving time to the train station about 25 minutes. Walk to the hotel about 1000 meters, which with a suitcase doable. On the way back from the train station to airport buses ("navettes") also given at Terminal 2 ( no frills airlines do), which in the opposite direction oddly is not the case.
