The front desk staff was okay, even the language skills. Room cleaning okay We stayed twice at the reception service and food in the restaurant - competent welcome and forwarded complained.

There is a restaurant. Honestly, it was on the day of arrival a disaster. We stayed at the buffet as I remembered standing in the east bananas, nothing more to get around. . . A volume, the kitchen staff seemed unprepared for anything. It is not from 20 hours food - never because it so. The only consolation - nice sunset due to the many large windows to watch. We had all inclusive. The evening meal had the same as lunch plus a full meal extra. The salad, cake everyday for these masses of people much too small and therefore always empty. Our service for drinks was mostly only then there when we had finished eating - after we had complained - it was ok, as we had at least for dessert the drinks.

Free internet access in the main building. The activities at the beach we saw it and evening, kids' disco. Unfortunately, there was no pool, but a local concreted beach. The areas for sunbathing are from sunny until shaded everything possible, those who book all inclusive has the pool chairs (otherwise 5€ per bed) and the slide with the price. The slide is great for all-inclusive visitors, otherwise for each slides 0.70 euros!!!!!!!! So the best time for our kids!!! pedal boats are on site rental at hotel available.

We had the 4 star "Mira". Completely new, clean and fully air-conditioned. All rooms with balcony/terrace. Our room was also clean, tidy and the bathroom up to date. Only well. We had 2 children, our room a normal 2 bed room, had a pull out couch. Both kids slept there throughout. As stood even for our two 5 and have been too narrow've been!!!! If the in all of the rooms was (2Bett with 4 persons) , only as an acceptance, then this is the chaos in the restaurant not to wonder.

The hotel area with mini golf is highly recommended. A mixture of 3 and 4 star hotels is ok, if the food then please also 4 star. The value for money at least for that 4Sternebereich not true.
