Better than expected a resort! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe mostly residential, pastel colour side buildings are very beautiful integrated into the large garden. Almost all are connected by bridges. Through the area waterways, so you always has a feeling of freshness. Rooms are large and well equipped room with king sized bed, sitting area with sofa and chairs, a nice balcony and bathroom with a large tub on the window plus shower and separate toilet. Always clean. Incidentally, the voltage 220V is and it is Euro-outlets, so not necessary adapter.
Of course you can tell the more than ten years ago construction time, as can already be a lot.
The main pool is big with 'swim-in bar' , but the one to the cup supporting Canadians leave. It is still two further, however very small pools in the hotel, OK for refreshing, not to swim!
Guests to 90% of Canadians, the constantly stocked with beer or a drink drinking cups (cans) walk through the area (fear of thirst?), the rest was from many other nations. Despite all inclusive are the 'drunk' limited, has probably also something with the higher price level to do.
Food was good in all restaurants, especially in the main restaurant (buffet) was huge with the selection of stations for pasta, fish including shrimps and clams, meat, pancakes, ice cream, etc. the breakfast selection was also it was always top! Once the week was lobster full announced.
Service was friendly and worked without also a CUC tips to give; a smile and 'Hola' comes always good! Of course the staff is something spoiled by the Canadians, the are it from your home used for any service to enter a note.
Something loud (for us) was the entertainment at the pool, but it was also a nice beach.
Beach at the hotel is very beautiful, clean and wide, better than at the neighboring hotels which traces from the two years ago to see continuous hurricanes. No problem to get, also not only in the late morning. The beach is one also with drinks. Swimming in the water is great, snorkelling is nothing (you must take).
Weather was beginning April very pleasant, 25 °c during the day and at night with only 19 something fresh.
It is in fact a departing for changing-room ' with shower and luggage storage.
If Varadero, then again to sandals.
