Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were in a smaller North Tower. From the outside the hotel looks like a concrete block from the 60's. The room was but OK, with microwave and refrigerator, unfortunately no safe. Balcony was also there, but unusable because to small. The volume increase was something, but surely nothing unexpected in a city hotel. Directly in front of the door were a ice machine and a drink machine. From time to time times the have been something louder noises. Much louder however was the CBC building on the other roadside, why also always (generators?!). Otherwise a good and not to expensive starting point for Vancouver. Garage is available and costs 15 CAD per night. Pool was not used. City center and the gas town are within walking distance, the sporting venues are right around the corner. wireless is not free, but it is also here for several Starbucks.
