Quiet hotel in a beautiful location Campo Santa Marina *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ANice hotel in a good location. You can get in a few minutes to the Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco. However, we in the direction of San Marco often also lost, since it dozens of similar looking lane and squares, bridges and shops on the way.; we were able to walk just not notice. The Rialto bridge was somewhat easier for us. Hotel room was nice plush with yellow gold lined walls and excessive baroque chairs, but adequate in the Venetian style. Room/bathroom not too big, but everything was clean and Okay. We had booked a spar room '. View was on the backyard. The room was totally quiet-we heard no noise from other guests '/ rooms, doors, flush, even though the hotel was fairly full. Breakfast can be enjoyed outside. All in all, it was a nice hotel with good starting point for everything you do in Venice... The food at a Ristorante around the corner (l'ondaise) we are addressed: pizza for 9, -E OK; but the bill came for a half-liter of vino (wine dela Casa so) 18, -EU! (You just have to make sure the drink costs, it is often nothing on the map).
