Das Hotel Scherer in Olang ist ein etwas älteres Hotel. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, so ist insbeondere das Bad nicht mehr besonders schön. Essen ist gut, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch. Wer keinen großen Wellnessbereich benötigt, hat hier die Möglichkeit, günstig Winterurlaub am Kronplatz zu machen (1 Woche mit Skipass und Halbpension im Januar unter 580 Euro).
