Fantastic scenery-great atmosphere! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAbove the town gais located greets the schlosshotel (the 'castle') already visible from far down neuhaus... Eight wonderful Peacocks surround for years this castle and rob some guests by their cries of the sleep... Unfortunately the hotel is only bookable for guests, but we were lucky and came into the enjoyment of this stunning setting. The rooms, as well as the whole castle is wonderful renovated, new baths complete the comfort. Only complaint was the bed length is sometimes a bit hard to get used to, because of course the original (heaven)- beds in the rooms' left 'and this partly due to the' short ' time quite. ☺
If you are staying here is, in the morning with a delicious breakfast (sausage, ham, Cheese, jam, honey, various eggs, juice, and various hot drinks) and in the evening with a multi-course Menu (table drinks were inclusive) packaged. Once during our stay, there was a special evening. The 'introduction' the history of the castle from mr told, then it was the knights in the knight's hall... A highlight...
As starting point for tours in the summer in options obvious Ahrntal, as well as for skiing in the winter (kronplatz only a few miles away) the castle is ideally located.
If you are after a sports day a little want to relax, this can also do existing sauna...
For all guests is right in front of the castle sufficient Possibility for parking available.
Due to the location, the loving restoration and service of the guests through the castle this place is something mr be special.
