Average three star hotel, quiet, Central *

The hotel is located in a central, yet quiet location in neustrelitz. The rooms entpsrechen three star standard, our bathroom was a bit small and the ventilation was not really working. Breakfast buffet okay, hook: filter coffee is included, cappuccino is not safe. Service is very friendly.

Vielen Dank für Ihre freundliche Kritik. Diese hat uns veranlasst, technische Einrichtung, wie die Badlüftung auch einmal zwischendurch auf Wirksamkeit zu prüfen. Was wir leider nicht verändern können ist die Größe unserer bewusst kompakt, allerdings auch mit großer Ablagefläche, konzipierten Bäder.
Auch der Verkauf von Kaffeespezialität als Extras zum Frühstück ist eine bewusste Entscheidung von uns: alle Inklusiv-Heißgetränke (Tee und Filterkaffee) werden von unserer Servicekraft dem Gast serviert. Eine Erweiterung des Inklusiv-Sortiments ist deshalb vor allem weniger eine Preis- als vielmehr eine Zeitfrage, da wir im Interesse unserer Zimmerpreise unseren Personalbestand nicht erhöhen wollen.
Wir freuen uns deshalb besonders, dass Sie unseren Service als sehr freundlich und unser Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als angemessen empfunden haben.
