Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOverall appearance of the hotel okay, staff very friendly and attentive, in contrast to the manager of the house. For years I have not received more shabby and dated such a room in a hotel. No mini bar and no shower, but a bathtub with shower alcove and a small amount of water from the shower head, the level of shampoos was an incredible experience. The worst was the way in which the management with our complaint. From arrogance to ignorance we could see the entire spectrum and the management of the house can be a golden lemon. Too bad we were treated of home. In contrast the staff in the course of our stay. Very nice, very friendly and helpful. So beware at the book. The exact description of the room and these in any case confirmed in writing. Otherwise the stay in the black in Kitzbühel easy access to the nightmare, even when at the bar in the evening good viona Swarovski to the microphone and the piano player by their 'Gesangskünste'.
