Perfect for a romantic get away
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ATraditional hotel with luxurious decoration. Breakfast is quite good with a lot of choices, basically swiss style with famous delicious swiss muesli.
Location
Perfect view from hotel room, right opposite to the lucern lake. Shopping area is right beside of the hotel. There are a lot of watch shops, for normal shopping can go coop ( or migro I forgot) with walking distance.
Very warm service from hotel, staffs speak perfect English. In check-in and check-out it is always well organised. With individual requirement, they always give a very professional and polite answers. We are really impressed by that.
Gastronomy
Nice lobby with bar, restaurant with high-quality fusion food mixed with German, French and special Swiss-Luzern food. Of course it is pricy. Room service is quite fast and professional. Compare to other 5 stars hotel, I think it is not too expensive.
Sport & Entertainment
We tried sauna this time, did not use gym facilities.
Room
Terrace with beautiful view to the lucern lake, room is spacey. The room is with two beds and put together, we usually prefer one big bed.
Tips and recommendations
When they open night bed, always put small card with weather forecast and swiss chocolate. Very very nice.
