Hotel Serenity Makadi Heights

Less than 30 minutes from the airport and the city Hurghada. At the airport you can book several excursion, we went to Cairo for a day which was absolutely doable. At the hotel they where more than willing to help us plan and book the Cairo trip.

Oh my god, the staff at serenity was more than excellent. Adequate at what they do, great language skills. If you need anything, just ask one of the many employees at the hotel.

Besides the general breakfast and dining hall, you have lunch near the beach with a marvellous view of the red sea. And you can als visit one of the la carte restaurant like the Italian and the Indian restaurant. In between breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can get snack at one of the beach/ poolbars. Lots of diverse foods, plenty of drinks, you will not experience hungre!

Lots of choices. You even have salty water pools. My friend and I spend a lot of times near the relaxpool which was exactly what we needed. There is a small shopping area at the hotel next to the beauty center and the spa. The spa we visited almost every day, you should too. Unfortunately there is no wifi, if you want to go on the internet you could use on of the computers in the lobby for 7 euro an hour. At first having no wifi was a true shocker, but it turned out to be great.

spacious, clean, coffee and thea making facilities, great balcony, great bed .... a good room.

We went in december which was great with 24 degrees, during the summer it can get very hot.
