An all round fantastic hotel with fab staff
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis hotel was fantastic. During our stay the dining room was being re built but this caused no disruption whatsoever. The construction staff were quiet and unobtrusive and used hand tools so that there was minimal noise. The restaurant facilities were continued in the safari restaurant and the food was as good as last year.
The staff remembered us from a year ago and went out of their way to come up and say hello and ask how we had been. We could not fault the personal touch of service.
Andrew Muir, general manager was also available and spoke to guests on more than one occasion. Our room was cleaned daily and nothing was too much trouble. We have been to this hotel two years running and will be going back again.
