Sober and good, but nothing to write home about *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is located in uptown Albuquerque nearby of at least 2 walk to grocery Shoppingcenters and near the interstate, so it is good as a base for trips to the surrounding area. Some restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity, so that you can eat evening walk (chili's right next door, foodcourt in Coronado Shopping Center, various restaurants in the Winrock shopping center, for example. California Pizza Kitchen). I booked the hotel for 2 nights on Priceline for $69 + Tax & Fees / night. The Sheraton is a rather faceless unaccountable high building on business customers. There were less than tourists. The lobby is typical of a large business hotel: modern, quite sober, could be in every city in the world. There are seating areas, you can enjoy a drink or sit and surfing. I didn't use restaurant and indoor pool, so I cannot comment on them. The rooms are large, modern, with warm colors and much red furnishings with all comfort. The beds are comfortable, everything is new and clean, so you feel very comfortable here. Internet is in the room surcharge, is available in the lobby but free of charge (WLAN and PCs for guests). Unfortunately, in my case the log on to the wireless internet did not work, so I diagonally over the crossing with the Barnes & classy walked around to surf there. Nice would certainly be a hotel in the Old Town or on the historic Route 66 , only I unfortunately nothing found enough. We're sorry, but it is too far to walk around, but you can find parking so easy can drive. I highly recommend the hotel, a comfortable and convenient night stop in Albuquerque searching with the possibility near the hotel for a bit of shopping or something to eat.
