Wir waren jetzt schon das 3. mal im Sheraton und haben diesesmal leider bemerkt, das einige Dinge letztes Jahr noch viel besser waren. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hat deutlich nachgelassen und was uns auch sehr gestört hat war das sobald wir abends im Zimmer waren ( von 18 - 20 Uhr ) andauernd jemand geklopft hat um die Minibar aufzufüllen oder noch neue Handtücher zu bringen etc. ( in Erwartung von Trinkgeld ) Auch hat die Qualität vom Essen deutlich nachgelassen. Letztes Jahr waren wir oft in dem Italienischen Restaurant weil es so schön war am Pool zu essen. Dieses Jahr mußten wir trotz heißem Wetter drinnensitzen und die Qualität war viel schlechter wie letztes Jahr noch :-( Auch wurde auf Reklamationen letztes Jahr noch sofort reagiert diesesmal kam gar keine Reaktion. Schade. Immernoch ein gutes Hotel, leider mit immermehr Abstrichen und nicht auf dem Niveau von einem 5 Sterne Hotel.
